FREE Saturday's - 1 hr cardio open to all

Join the group for a fun filled Saturday workout!

Make Saturday your time.  Join us for a 1 hour FREE: scenic jog, walk or bike ride on the Orting trail.  And the first Saturday of every month, look forward to a field trip to wall climb, compete in laser tag, take a Taekwondo lesson, paint ball or a number of other fun activities (third party costs may apply).

Sat Jan 7th Field Tri o Pt.Difiance. We will be walking approx. 5 miles @1PM                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Sat Jan 14th,21st and 28th we wiill be walking/jogging approx 4-6 miles along the Orting Trail.

  We will be meeting at 3pm at the pavillian between the library and the bike shop in the center of downtown Orting. However that is weather pending. Incase of bad weather we can do a cardio activity inside my studio.  If You are interested in joining the group please contact me so I know to expect You and inform You on the plan for the hr incase there have been a sudden change in plans.
